Yvonne Newbold – Transitions – How change and routine impacts behaviour – Twilight session

Many children with additional needs are so sensitive to the smallest of changes in routine, or a new transition, that it can lead to extreme behaviour. Yvonne is back to look at why this can happen and ideas that really work to help a child cope better with unavoidable changes.

You will be sent an email from Eventbrite containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before and again 2 hours before. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails sometimes end up there! Thank you.

Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire.

They offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.

No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.
