TWILIGHT SESSION ADHD & Girls – masking their issues & missing their needs
June 19 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Free- This event has passed.

We hear so often how girls’ needs are picked up so much later, often not until secondary school. But any child who learns to mask as a way of hiding their needs, anxiety and fear will be struggling every day. We are delighted to offer another chance to hear Rebecca Champ explain why it can be difficult for girls. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights.
Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire. No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.
We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.
You will be sent an email from Eventbrite containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before, 2 hours before and again 15min before. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails sometimes end up there!
Be comfortable at Pinpoint sessions – You can keep your camera off and stay on mute and simply join us and other parent carers who “get it” from your sofa 😊
