Sensory Needs and Sleep. Tuesday 9th July 12pm to 1.30pm.Pinpoint Cambridgeshire. Live session with Nickie Sutton. Peak Sleep logo. Pinpoint logo

By popular request, our final sleep session of the school term looks at Sensory needs and how that impacts our childs sleep.

Firm favourite Nickie Sutton is back with us to explore how often sensory processing can make sleep difficult particularly for our SEND children. As always Nickie is with us to reassure, explain the biology and give practical tips and ideas on how we can help our child (and us!) get a better nights sleep.

Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire.

No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.

We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.

You will be sent an email containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before, 2 hours before and at the start of the session. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails sometimes end up there!

Be comfortable at Pinpoint sessions – You can keep your camera off and stay on mute and simply join us and other parent carers who “get it” from your sofa 😊
