PfA – Help when your child’s needs grow in Secondary School – Smart Bright Training
November 8 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pmFree
- This event has passed.
Your child may have managed in primary school but what can you do if they need more help in secondary school? Karen and Sara from Smart Bright Training are back to give us the information we as parents need to know, and what we can do to find the help our young person needs.
Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire. No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.
We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.
You will be sent an email from Pinpoint containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before, 2 hours before and again 15 minutes before. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails often end up there!
Be comfortable at Pinpoint sessions – You can keep your camera off and stay on mute and simply join us and other parent carers who “get it” from your sofa 😊
