Home and Community Care Focus Group
Following on from the Local Authorities recent home and community care survey the Children with Disabilities commissioning team would like to gather your views about the needs of children and young people when it is necessary to provide home care or community support. There will also be an opportunity to feedback about Technology Enabled Care (TEC).
