Awake all night? How to help your child
March 7 @ 7:45 pm - 9:00 pm
Free- This event has passed.
With more and more children and young people struggling to attend school, experiencing anxiety and sensory issues each day, no wonder they are often awake at night, and their body clock upside down!
Popular with our parent carers, Pinpoint have asked Sleep Expert Nickie Sutton back to explain what is happening biologically and look at practical ways we can help our child relax and get better sleep tonight!
Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire.
No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.
We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.
You will be sent an email containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before, 2 hours before and again 10 min before. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails sometimes end up there!
Be comfortable at Pinpoint sessions – You can keep your camera off and stay on mute and simply join us and other parent carers who “get it” from your sofa 😊
