Challenging Behaviour. Understanding and Helping our Child. Wednesday 10th January 2024 12pm to 1.30pm. Pinpoint logo. Pinpoint website

It can be so hard and upsetting when your child’s challenging behaviour is angry, aggressive, and violent. As parents and carers, we often feel guilt, shame, and even blame. You are not alone, and Pinpoint knows that there might be a reason why our SEND children is so distressed and displaying challenging behaviour. Jo Keys is with us to explain what could be happening and how we can help our child.

Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire.

No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.

We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services. Find out more about who we are and what we do here.

You will be sent an email from Eventbrite containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before, 2 hours before and again 10 min before. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails sometimes end up there!

Be comfortable at Pinpoint sessions – You can keep your camera off and stay on mute and simply join us and other parent carers who “get it” from your sofa 😊
