Nickie Sutton returns to discuss ADHD/autism sleep issues, and provide strategies to address sleep struggles in the neurodivergent brain.

Following our parent-carers’ valuable feedback, we are thrilled to welcome back Nickie Sutton’s with her insightful breakdown of sleep challenges in the neurodivergent brain.

Join us as Nickie focuses on the specific difficulties faced by our Autistic and ADHD children when it comes to resting, along with effective strategies to support them in achieving a good night’s sleep!

Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire. No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.

We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.

You will be sent an email from Eventbrite containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before, 2 hours before and again 15min before. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails sometimes end up there!

Be comfortable at Pinpoint sessions – You can keep your camera off and stay on mute and simply join us and other parent carers who “get it” from your sofa 😊
