Warm Home Prescription

Scottish Power have launched a Warm Home Prescription trial which aims to help people who struggle to afford energy and have severe health conditions made worse by the cold.

Warm spaces

These are spaces which are free to use and where you will find warmth this winter – this will really help where heating your own home is going to be difficult.  All spaces are different, and many will be offering refreshments and activities.  The links to find these where you live are below.

Winter School Holiday Vouchers

If you get income related benefits you can get supermarket vouchers to help over the school holidays. Cambridgeshire County Council will issue each eligible child/young person with a £30 voucher via email and text by the end of the day on Saturday 17th December. You don’t need to do anything to claim them.
